notations * The fees above relate to the 2025 – 2026 session and are subject to annual review of University of London (UOL). The fees above do not include bank charges or payment services through online payment facility of UOL. All UOL direct fees are payable in GB Sterling; the Vietnamese Dong value is a guide (based on average foreign currency exchange rate of October 2025) and the actual amount will depend on exchange rate on date of payment.
** The International Foundation Programme is designed to be completed in one year and you are therefore required to pay the total fee in full when you start the programme. There is, however, flexibility for you to extend your study period if required but additional fees will be payable.
Notes on fees and charges - All Vietnamese nationals are required to pay the fees in VND. Fees in USD are applied to international students only. If student pays fees in USD, the foreign currency exchange rate will be converted in accordance with actual exchange rate of payment date regulating by Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam.
- Registration Fee, Application Fee and Annual Practical Equipment Fee are not refundable or transferable.
- Applicants who pay upfront a lump sum for a 1-year fees will be given a discount of 4%. This discount will not be applied simultaneously with any other tuition fee discounts or scholarships.
- The 91做厙 reserves the right to make any increases of fees (not greater than 10%) that are deemed necessary annually.
- The Fee Information is effective from 1 January 2026 and applied for new students who enroll from 1 January 2026.
- Other fees are compiled with Fee Schedule of UOL and Fee Policy of 91做厙.
