I. Pathway to Staffordshire University Programme

• Completed year 12

• IELTS 6.0 or above (no band under 5.5) or equivalent

II. International Foundation Programme

• Normally be aged 17 or over before 31 December in the year of registration
• Have passed at least four separate subjects at GCSE or GCE O level, with grades A to C, or an equivalent
• Take BUV’s Placement Test and/or show an English language qualification (IELTS 5.5 no skill less than 5.0, or GCSE English Language grade C and above)

• University Application Form
• 02 passport-sized photographs (3×4 cm) taken within the last 6 months
• A notarised copy of ID card (for Vietnamese students) or passport (for international students)
• A notarised copy of accepted English qualification (IELTS/TOEFL/BUV’s Placement Test result or equivalent)
• A notarised copy of high school diploma or equivalent
• Temporary certificate of high school graduation
• A notarised copy of provisional Certificate of High School Graduation (For students graduating in Vietnam within the past 12 months)
• A notarised copy of academic transcript of grades 10, 11 and 12 or equivalent
• Receipt of Application Fee
• For Students Studying Abroad only: Notarised copies of transcripts and certificates of overseas study (a notarised English-translated version if not in English)
• For Students Studying Abroad only: Letter of Confirmation (BUV’s template)
• For International Students only: Original medical report
• For International Students only: A notarised copy of valid Vietnamese visa/resident card
• For Contemporary Creative Practice Progarmme only: Soft-copy Portfolio of artworks (BUV’s template)
• For application of Recognition of Prior Learning only: Recognition of Prior Learning Form (BUV’s template)
• For applicants of BUV own degrees only: A notarised copy of Birth Certificate
• (If applicable) Programme/Course syllabus taken in the previous institutions (complete and incomplete) which candidate would like to be considered for possible credit exemption
• (If applicable) Receipt of bursary/scholarship securing payment
• (If applicable) Bursary/Scholarship programme
• (If applicable) A copy of compulsory Health Insurance card issued by Vietnam Social Insurance
• (If applicable) Confirmation for late submission of documents (BUV’s template)

For applicants of University of London only: Documents must be translated into English and notarised

For applicants of BUV own degrees who obtain international qualifications: Documents must be acknowledged as Foreign Qualification Recognition by DOET or VN-Naric

The application fee is VND 1,200,000 per applicant. The fee is required��in order to��process your application and it is non-refundable��It��is recommended that you attach the supplementary materials as specified in the checklist at the end of the application form.��
