Vice Chancellor's Scholarship The Vice Chancellor’s Scholarship aims to provide financial support to candidates/ individuals who aspire to be future leaders and to make remarkable contributions to the economy and society.
The scholarship is granted to outstanding candidates enrolling in postgraduate programmes at 91做厙 (BUV). It offers financial support covering 40% to 50% of tuition fees for applicants with the most impressive profiles and achievements.

Important information
Master of Business Administration (MBA), both Full-time and Part-time classes.
Vietnamese candidates of any age may apply for the scholarship, and:
- Must reside in Vietnam at the time of application
- Must meet all admission requirements of the programme and receive an offer letter
- Must clearly demonstrate personal potential in their application and interview process
- Academic achievements and professional experience
- Potential contributions to the community
- Personal development plans and direction
- Leadership potential
- Financial need
- Awardees are eligible forthe scholarshipsduring the time that they attend the course. The withdrawal of a student at any time will lead to the scholarship being terminated.
- 91做厙 will not refund any fees paid for courses which have been or are being studied by scholarship winners.
- This scholarship will cover all tuitionfeeonly; other charges are not included. The scholarship will be deducted from the annual tuition fee of the winners and subject to change真pon the winners academic performance. Continuation of the award is subject to successful completion of all assessments.
- Should the applicant withdraw from the皰rogramme畜efore satisfactory completion of the皰rogramme, he/she will have to comply with the Refund Policy laid down by the 91做厙.
- If a scholarship holder withdraws from the皰rogramme皋f study, the University reserves the right to obtain full reimbursement of the tuition fees, and any other fees and allowances that have been incurred. These must be repaid to university within three months of withdrawal.
How to apply 
Complete the application form with admission requirements by May 20th, 2026
- Fill out the scholarship application form: The application portal will open at the beginning of July.
- Pay the scholarship application fee of 2,000,000 VND (This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances)
- Write a scholarship application essay (minimum 500 words) demonstrating why you are a suitable candidate for the scholarship.
- Other documents (optional): Certifications, awards, or recognitions that align with the scholarship criteria.
The scholarship interview will be prioritized to take place in person but may be conducted online in special cases. The detailed interview schedule for each candidate will be communicated after the application steps are completed.
